Couples who enjoy charm will love it
The staff were very nice, even went out of their way to help me when I forgot my watch in the room. Plus, I mean, the ambiance in the lobby was perfect for sipping wine by the fire, real comfortable vibe.
It's somewhat pricey but, frankly, it was still worth it.

Comfortable. Desk staff very courteous.
Location of bar at entrance of hotel.. Had to make way through noisy revelers in order to check-in. Bed was advertised as a queen bed...was actually a full.

Top-notch service, I appreciated healthy food.
I was traveling to Santa Fe for one night. The staff was good and impeccable. Had an exceptional and wonderful room with large chips which were poorly repaired and a queen size bed and a coffee maker or an icebucket, and I couldn't ask for more. It had very central location close to The Lensic.

The in-house wine tasting room was a nice touch, but the noise prevented sleep.

A lot of history. The hotel has character.
I would like to have coffee available earlier in the morning.

I just spent two nights here and loved the cozy ambiance of the lobby and the fantastic drinks from the bar. Dinner at Secreto Lounge was delicious, and it felt like stepping back in time. I would definitely choose to stay again!

The bed, it was so comfortable. Also they were nice enough to deliver us a frig when we asked about keeping some food from dinner.

Upon arrival, we were very impressed with the design of the hotel. It is really very attractive and minimal without being cold.
The hotel staff was completely useless! There was no concierge and the front desk was very reluctant to help us with things such as reservations and local information. The phone in our room didn't work and my husband and I both have international phones and try to avoid using them to make local and domestic calls in order to keep expenses down. In the café, the coffee was bad, there were no options for people with dietary limitations (no soy milk, for example) and the service was lacking. (We ended up just going out for Starbucks next door each day.) The rooms are cute but poorly organized. There was a lovely wardrobe in the room, but it was used for the tv and the safe leaving no available shelves nor a place to hang even one shirt or dress. For a hotel in this price range (and with so much local competition!), the services and amenities should be improved. We hope this happens, because the location and style are top notch.

Can recommend for a couple of nights
Charming hotel, historic charm, comfortable amenities, with a central location, made exploring the area easy and a restaurant and bar with a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

The location is perfect. The food was excellent. The service was very good. The room deccorations were lovely. The bed was over-the-top.
Room too small for the price. Didn't like the step-up bathroom. Regarding the sink area, there was no room. This room would be good only for a businessman traveling alone.

Kerrie was at the desk when we checked in. She was so wonderful to us, making us feel welcome and taken care of beautifully. She is such an asset for you. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in ever! We will stay at the St Francis every time we come to Santa Fe.

Really good location with a charming historical ambiance makes this stay nice. The bed linens were luxurious, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially considering its pet-friendly nature. The air vent directed cold air onto the bed was good. Noise from outside and from adjacent rooms was distracting during the night.

The hotel has the best location right inn the center of the historical city center and walking distance to everything. WiFi is free and good. Design is incredible, there were people making photos of it itself. Parking is right around the corner on hotel's premises. Great bar downstairs. Not only for the hotel guests. Many people there are from outside.
Breakfast is a little bit overpriced.
